BGI Genomics is dedicated to facilitating cutting-edge research in healthcare for the benefit of mankind. To catalyse ANZ genomics innovation, BGI Genomics ANZ Genetic Service Grant funds an outstanding genomics project that advances human translational health research. The first and second place winners will receive free genome sequencing services worth up to AUD $15,000 and AUD $10,000 respectively. The deadline for submission is on the 30th November 2023.
The Grant comprises comprehensive sequencing services which support genomics project in areas such as (but not limited to) cancer and precision medicine study, reproductive health study, rare disease study, translational and clinical applications of whole genome sequencing or whole exome sequencing.
The Grant is open to ANZ genomics researchers, pharmaceutical companies, genetic testing companies, private pathology groups or other applicants from academia or industry that aim to contribute their innovative research or application to human translational health.
Please note all these services are provided from Brisbane Lab in Australia. All the samples submitted as a part of this grant will be processed and sequenced at Brisbane Lab. Kindly reach out to us if you wanted further information or questions.
